1. No Refunds on Digital Products & Services
All purchases, including but not limited to courses, workshops, training sessions, e-books, and digital materials, are non-refundable. Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.
2. No Refunds on Consultation or Coaching Services
Payments made for one-on-one coaching, webinars, or personalized consultations are non-refundable, as these services involve dedicated time and effort from our experts.
3. No Refunds for Lack of Improvement
While we provide proven techniques and educational strategies, individual results may vary based on effort, implementation, and external factors. Marks Badhao does not guarantee specific grade improvements and, therefore, does not offer refunds based on academic performance.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
- Accidental overcharges made during transactions.
- Cancellation of services by Marks Badhao before delivery.
All refund requests in such cases must be submitted within 7 days of payment with valid proof of the issue. Approval of refunds is solely at Marks Badhao’s discretion.
